Los niños y niñas deben saber en inglés los días de la semana, los meses del año, las estaciones del año y el vocabulario de la unidad (relacionado con el universo).
También deben manejar conceptos como que el sol es una estrella y la Tierra un planeta, que a la Tierra le lleva un año dar una vuelta al sol y un día dar una vuelta sobre sí misma, momentos del día (morning, afternoon, evening, night), en qué se diferencia. Las estrellas de los planetas, etc. Todo está en el libro. En clase hemos hecho también una manualidad (fotos abajo del todo).
